As a Web Design and Development agency our clients are our business. An integral part of being successful is cultivating a healthy ongoing relationship with those clients. For some it’s easy to become caught up with the “project-in-project-out” mentality when you have a busy schedule and subsequently forget that one of your greatest assets is a reoccurring client. The story doesn’t have to end once you ‘hand over the keys’ though.

Last year Wiliam built an exciting new home loan website for one of Australia’s largest mortgage brokers. Earlier this year they decided to embark on a new project to rebuild and feature their financial planning business. With a successful project under our belt and an ongoing relationship, they engaged us and we have just begun work on what is an exciting project for us this year.

What makes this such an interesting project is that even though the new site will form part of the existing site, we will be taking a new approach visually to appeal to a younger demographic. That presents us with an opportunity to find the right balance between an existing and established home loan brand and a fresh approach to financial planning which appeals to a different audience.
